Heath Cottage, Walberswick Heath Cottage is a small terraced cottage on Walberswick Common, within the Suffolk Heritage Coast AONB, offering simple holiday accommodation for 4 (four single beds in three rooms). The cottage has wonderful views towards Southwold to the rear, and to the common all around. Nightingales can be heard in April and May. It is ideal walking for a dog, but please do not leave him alone in the house, on beds or furniture. Just ten minutes walk away is the river Blyth and Southwold Harbour. Crossing the footbridge over the river leads you into Southwold High Street, about a mile beyond. There are a number of wonderful countryside footpaths in the local area, including a trackbed walk of the old Southwold Railway to Blythburgh. The house is within easy walking distance of Walberswick Village, being approximately 500 yards from the main street.
