Practice nights are Mondays at Kessingland Working Mens Club and Fridays at Henstead School, both at 7.30pm. Blythburgh Singers [website] This local mixed voice choir, conductor David Bunkell, sings regularly at Holy Trinity Church in Blythburgh, in addition to other venues. Walberswick Sea Defence Group [website] This Group came into being following concerns raised in 2006 after the sea flooded land close to Walberswick and concerns at the official response to similar future such occurrences. Blyth Estuary Group [website] Following the September 2005 publication of the Environment Agency's (EA) Blyth Estuary Strategy Preferred Options, local people became deeply concerned that the proposed Managed Realignment of the southern river banks would have a serious effect on the future of Southwold Harbour and the safety of navigation within it.
