Penny's Cottage has two double bedrooms and is located next to the Bell Inn in the heart of the village. The cottage is decorated to a high standard, contains lots of storage space and comprises of:

• Open plan Living Room/Dining Room area. The living room has two comfortable sofas plus 32" HD TV with Blu-ray player (Blu-ray player can also be used for DVDs and CDs), VCR player and Hi Fi with I-Pod docking. There is a small collection of videos and games in the living room plus a good selection of books. Electric realistic log-effect fire.
• Separate Kitchen, which has a sea view, contains a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cooker with gas hob and electric oven/grill.
• Cloakroom and hall, separating the lower bedroom from the Kitchen area.
• Garden Double Bedroom has a CD radio player with I-Pod docking.
• Upstairs Double Bedroom with sea view, twin beds,
  22" LCD TV with Blu-ray and VCR players, X Box 360
  and games.
• Upstairs Bathroom with shower/bath.
• WiFi and incoming calls facility.

The narrow winding stairs means the cottage is not suitable for the infirm or children under 5 years of age.

The rear garden, which is 30m x 5m, has a patio with dining area for four, can be accessed directly from the bedroom or by the path along the side of the cottage. A small decked seating area is also provided at the rear of the garden shed. A boules court, which may be used by pub clients, is located next door. Visitors may borrow the set of boules which is left in the cottage.

Penny's Cottage is heated by overnight storage heaters and heated towel rails in the bathroom and cloakroom. Towels are not provided. Bedding is provided weekly.

The cottage is non-smoking with smoke alarms fitted in the living room and first floor landing area. Smoking is not permitted either in the cottage or gardens.

Yoga: A full set of yoga equipment is available by request. Classes are available in the local area details for which can be accessed online.

• Then we require the £100.00 Deposit to be paid by Credit/Debit card Call Chrysus Ltd on 0207-287 2792
  (NB: this Tel No. is for making deposit payments only)
  10:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Saturday
  (except Bank Holidays).
• The Main Payment to be made by Internet Banking to A.G.Blount and J.S Everley
  Bank details will be forwarded after receipt of the deposit.
  This payment to be made one month prior to arrival.
