Hints and tips from our volunteer guides on beginning bird watching, what equipment and field guides to use and how to make the most of your hobby, as you spot some of Minsmere's special wildlife. No experience needed. Binoculars for hire. Non-RSPB Members may need to pay reserve entry fee - please check when booking.

Halesworth Walking for Health: Led Walk at BLYTHBURGH

Halesworth Walking 4 Health, part of OneLife Suffolk, the free healthy lifestyle service for the county are in your area offering free health walks. Our walks are available for those wanting to become more active, meet new people and explore our beautiful county. The health walks are led by trained volunteers and graded from 1 to 5 (1 being suitable for beginners, easy terrain and 5 being more challenging, including stiles and/or a faster pace.) There is no need to book in advance for a health walk, you can just turn up but please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the start time when attending your first walk to register. Todays walk, meet at the car park next to Blythburgh Village Hall for a 2.5-mile, grade 3 to 4 walk.

Over a period of 20 years, the Wayuu tribe undergo an unrelenting transformation as the gringos offer riches beyond their wildest dreams and their culture, their ceremonies and beliefs come under pressure. But dreams and hallucination offer proof that they still have a soul.
